I added details about Koudelka's soundtrack and a link to several sample tracks. Evaluation purposes only, kids! No rights reserved!

There be content! I added the first little part of the game script, which I transcribed from a VHS recorded roughly three years ago. Koudelka doesn't bother with captions during dialogue, so there was a lot of rewinding and fast-forwarding and cursing as I tried to get down every word fragment and guttural noise. It was, in short, a bucket of chuckles.

I also added awesome art of Koudelka by the great Fennin, who will draw you pretty pictures for money.

See you in three years!

I haven't actually added any content, but hey! All the site pages are actually up! That's gotta count for something, right? And there's a couple pretty, pretty pictures!!!

Anyway. This page is probably going to lie dormant until I have a significant amount of free time, though guilt-tripping me via the guestbook is always a good move.

This site is born! And, knowing the wealth of industry that lies in my soul, it will probably never be updated again. But wasn't it a good start?

Er. As a general rule, when I start these kinds of things (pointless-fansites-because-of-a-passing-enthusiasm), I tend to start out with saying all the things that I plan to do (in order to, I suppose, further grind home the point when I go on to completely neglect the site). Why should I make an exception in this instance?

My big big goal for this site is to transcribe the entire script (which is what will, hopefully, go down in the "Moves" section). However, as the whole script is audio-only, that goal depends on me figuring out a feasible way of hooking up a VCR (or, failing that, just a tape recorder) in order to record the dialogue during the game. I dunno - I kind of lack that sort of free time at the moment (though all available evidence suggests otherwise), and I have no idea when I'll get around to doing that. I'll shoot for Christmas Break 2002, and we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.

Other than that, I'd really like to write up interesting and comprehensive sections for all the characters. Well...as comprehensive as they can be - Alias the Thief didn't exactly have a lot of screen time in the game. I may just make up a backstory for him.

And, uh...any other aspects of the game that I find interesting will probably make their way in here.

Sign the guestbook!
