- 00 - The Fool -

historical - If we're going by Jung, here, Fool is the Self.  And it is the Self - used to depict how the quesrant is inferior to all the shiny archtypal arcana cards.  Yet the Fool in history was also depicted as being something of a giant.. empahsising the ever-present Western belief in the power of the individual.

card - the Querant.  If you're asking the question, then you're obviously the Fool, since you don't know the answer all by yourself.  Or at least that's how I rationalize it.  Since fool is the self it's also one of the most influential (if not the most) cards in the deck.. which is probably why it ended up a "special" card in Persona.

fool meaning - the beginning. The self. Energy and optimism.  Many, many choices - perhaps even seemingly limitless ones. The whole future is ahead of one starting their journey.

fool reversed meaning - Recklessness, immaturity, or lack of commitment. Inability of the Querant to accept responsability for their actions, their duties, or the consequences of their choices.

persona wielder - None.  Unless you count Jun... which is actually rather an interesting theory.

(spoilers walk among us)

Since in EP Jun starts with and maintains memoryless "blank slate", he represents the Fool in that the Fool is the beginning and "blank slate" of us all, before we learn from other archetypes in the deck.  Erm... yeah.  Except as Jun has no discernable Persona ability in EP the point is pretty moot.
